Orzed is a distributed senior team. We are small by design, not because we can not grow, but because capacity without accountability is the problem we were built to solve. Every role here has a named decision domain and a real review mandate.

Delivery is not an abstraction. Senior team members see how the work lands and have the authority to adjust scope, timeline and risk.
Output, not presence.
We are distributed and async-first. Meetings are for decisions that require real-time alignment, not status reporting that should be written.
Use it, but own what you ship.
AI-assisted workflows are expected. The senior layer reviews what ships. You cannot delegate the judgment call to the model.
Learning is attached to real stakes.
You get better by working on problems with consequences. There is no rotation programme, you find the edge of your domain and we build around it.
We say what we see.
If the scope is wrong, you say so. If the model output is wrong, you say so. If the timeline is wrong, you say so, in writing, with a proposed path.
