You own the decision domain.
Roles at Orzed carry a named review mandate. You write the thing down, sign off on it, and are the person others escalate to.
Orzed is a distributed senior team. We are small by design, not because we can not grow, but because capacity without accountability is the problem we were built to solve. Every role here has a named decision domain and a real review mandate.
HOW WE WORK
Roles at Orzed carry a named review mandate. You write the thing down, sign off on it, and are the person others escalate to.
Delivery is not an abstraction. Senior team members see how the work lands and have the authority to adjust scope, timeline and risk.
We are distributed and async-first. Meetings are for decisions that require real-time alignment, not status reporting that should be written.
AI-assisted workflows are expected. The senior layer reviews what ships. You cannot delegate the judgment call to the model.
You get better by working on problems with consequences. There is no rotation programme, you find the edge of your domain and we build around it.
If the scope is wrong, you say so. If the model output is wrong, you say so. If the timeline is wrong, you say so, in writing, with a proposed path.
OPEN ROLES
We keep a short list of roles we are actively considering. Green means we are actively evaluating candidates. Amber means we will open the role in the next quarter.
